Run AI agents like a company.
Ship only work you can trust.

Design your agent organization, give every role the right model, and verify each result before it counts. Hard budgets, human approvals and a full audit trail are built in.

The problem

Agents finish tasks. Nobody checks the work.

Agent frameworks are good at running work. What happens after an agent says it's done is left to you, and it gets harder with every team you add.

Output nobody verified

An agent marks its own work as done. Mistakes surface later, in production or in front of a customer.

Spend without limits

Loops and retries burn through model budget quietly, until the invoice arrives.

No record of who did what

When something goes wrong, there's no trail of actions, costs and approvals to inspect.

How it works

Design the organization. Run it. Verify every result.

01

Design the organization

Drag executives, teams, leads and members onto the canvas and connect them. Each role gets its own model, policy, evals and budget: large models where mistakes are costly, small and open-weight models where volume is high.

02

Run on your framework

Agents run on existing frameworks through thin adapters, starting with LangGraph. NuraGraph doesn't replace your stack; it sits on top of it.

03

Verify before done

Nothing counts as done until its gates pass. Every result, cost and approval lands in the ledger.

Verification

Trust comes from checks, not promises.

Independent verifiers

A verifier sees the task, the definition of done, the output and your canon. Never the worker's reasoning, and it can run on a different model than the worker.

Gates and evals per role

Each role has its own checks, from test commands to scored evals.

Budgets with hard stops

Spend is checked before every model call and recorded after. A limit stops the work; it never slips silently.

A ledger of every action

Actions, model calls, costs, gate results and approvals. Append-only and hash-chained.

Autonomy by policy

Agents do only what their role allows. Everything else asks a human.

Templates

Start from an organization that already works.

Pick a template with executives, teams, gates and budgets already set, then drag it into shape.

Dev team

A Chief of Staff, developers, a tester and a reviewer, with tests and an independent review before work counts as done.

  • Roles and hierarchy
  • Gates and evals
  • Budgets

Code review

A review lead with security and style reviewers. Every finding must cite the line and the rule it breaks.

  • Roles and hierarchy
  • Gates and evals
  • Budgets

More templates planned

These follow after the first two.

  • Support
  • Sales
